Plain-English version: use AiType lawfully, keep billing on the platform where you subscribed, and remember that you still own the text you create with AiType.
AiType provides voice dictation software for personal and business use. You may use AiType for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to generate illegal content, spam, or to violate the rights of others.
AiType offers Fast and Smart individual subscriptions, plus Team billing for multi-seat use. Individual iPhone subscriptions are sold through Apple as auto-renewable In-App Purchases. Individual Android subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Desktop and team billing may be handled directly by AiType or its payment processor.
You may cancel Apple subscriptions in your App Store subscription settings and Android subscriptions in Google Play. Web or desktop billing can be canceled from the billing page or through our billing contact form. Refunds are handled according to the billing platform you used and any law that applies.
AiType and all associated software, trademarks, and content are owned by MagicCraft Foundation Ltd. You retain full ownership of any text you create using AiType.
AiType is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost data or business interruption.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of AiType after changes constitutes acceptance.
