The latest public AiType releases focus on three small moments that happen all day: keeping up when you type quickly, finding the emoji you meant, and polishing a message without leaving the keyboard.
Fast typing stays responsive
AiType is built to keep the keyboard feeling like a keyboard. The latest mobile releases focus on immediate character entry during quick two-thumb typing, while suggestions and AI tools continue working around it.
That means the main action stays simple: type normally, use a suggestion when it helps, and ignore it when it does not.
Common emoji searches now lead with the expected result
Emoji search is more useful when the obvious result appears first. In the current iPhone and Android releases, common searches are ranked more directly. For example:
- eyes puts 👀 first.
- eye puts 👁️ first.
This change is deliberately narrow. It improves familiar searches without turning every word suggestion into an emoji.
Rewrite stays one tap away
Rewrite helps when the message is already there but the tone is not. Select the text, open Rewrite, and choose a clearer, shorter, warmer, or more professional version. You can review the result before you send it.
Voice dictation works alongside the same flow. Tap Mic, speak naturally, then tap Stop. AiType transcribes and cleans the text so you can review it in the app you are already using.
Platform scope: responsive two-thumb typing and emoji-first search are iPhone and Android keyboard updates. AiType voice dictation and AI cleanup also remain available on Mac and Windows.
